handphones-are you addicted?

it seems many youngsters nowadays can't seem to do without a handphone even for a day. is that true? are youngsters addicted? test yourself today and see if you are addicted and i bet many of you will fail the test and some won't even want to try because they know they'll never make it!! should we send youngsters for a 'handphone rehabilitation'?  do youngsters know that they're actually wasting a lot of their precious time smsing? and do youngsters realise that they're also spending a lot of their money on all these modern technologically advanced form of communication? the ones that really benefit from this new phenomenon are the telco companies, handphone dealers and prepaid card sellers!!! think about it. we should try to limit our dependence on this so-called modern form of communication. use sparingly and wisely.

  1. cell phone is an indispensable things in community today...maybe some of the youngsters maybe have used this technologically things in a wrong way...but major of them need it to communicate with other ppl such like relatives or friend to enhance relationship between each other...when unexpected and contingent incident happens...cell phone may be a useful thing to contact with other peoples for help...

  3. Phones are crucial and convenience. Even me myself felt unused while not having a phone beside me for few hours. Nowadays handphone touch-typist could be found at all corners. Even the younger generation could type better than adults!

  4. true, but at what price? will youngsters live till old age with the frequent exposure to radio active waves that are emitted when using the hp?

  6. yeah, but what about when you are awake? everytime you use it, the radioactive waves would kick in.. it's not when you are asleep only...
