same old tales..

well. it has happened again... tragedy struck and all fingers are pointing everywhere... i'm talking about the dragon boat tragedy in penang. before tragedy happened, no one bothers whether the students were training with life jackets or not, no one bother to say that procedures were not adhered to. now, it's.. whose fault? whose mistake? i would feel that sometimes, these things just happen, it's god's will.. fate... no one is to be blamed.. of course these can be avoided if there are more adherance to rules and regulations. the rules and regulations are drawn up to prevent mishaps or tragedies.. so, when students want teachers to take them on trips either on a study tour or camping trips, don't blame teachers for their reluctance to do so...
