another day, another accident...

i weep when i read of innocent people dying in road accidents... what can we do to avoid the repeat of such incidents?  it's always finger-pointing time when major accidents happened that claim numerous innocent lives! whose fault is it? the jpj? the vehicle manufacturer? the driver? the road condition? the other driver? the winding road? the police? the ministry? the poor maintenance of the vehicle? fate? whose fault? it always boils down to the hapless driver's fault for he was the one driving the vehicle... that's where most blame starts... then... oh... i don't care whose fault it is... just don't let it happen again.... and gain and again...
